Here are the steps to access the ad listing tool:

1. Open your web browser and go to the website realestate-namibia.com.

2. Click on the “Log In” button located in the top right-hand corner of the homepage.

3. Enter your login credentials (username and password) to access your account dashboard.

4. Look for the option to create a new property ad and click on it.

5. Enter the necessary details about your property, including the street address, a description, and a list of features.

6. Upload high-quality images and floor plans, if available.

7. Review the details you have provided and make any necessary changes.

8. Once you are satisfied with your ad, click on the “publish” button to make it live on the platform.

9. You can use the dashboard to manage your ad, including updating the description, adding new images, and changing the price or availability status.

1. Sign up and pay for your chosen package: Register for an account on Realestate-Namibia portal and select the package that best suits your needs and budget. Complete the payment process via EFT payment, to gain access to the dashboard.

2. Log in to your account: Once you have completed the registration process, log in to your account using your username and password.

3. Start a new ad: Look for the option to create a new property ad and click on it. 4. Enter property details: Provide all the necessary details about your property, including the street address, a description, and a list of features. Upload high-quality images and floor plans, if available.

5. Review and publish: Review the details you have provided and make any necessary changes. Once you are satisfied with your ad, click on the “publish” button to make it live on the platform.

6. Manage your ad: You can use the dashboard to manage your ad, including updating the description, adding new images, and changing the price or availability status.

Be sure to follow any specific instructions or guidelines provided by the real estate portal to ensure that your ad meets their standards and is visible to potential buyers.

When creating a property ad, you want to provide potential buyers with as much information as possible to help them make an informed decision. Here are some key pieces of information you should include in your ad: 1. High-quality images: Upload clear, well-lit photos that show off the best features of your property. Include at least 16 images, if possible, to give buyers a comprehensive view of your property. 2. A compelling description: Write a detailed, yet concise description of your property, highlighting its unique features and benefits. Use descriptive language and highlight any recent upgrades or renovations. 3. A complete list of property features: List all the key features of your property, including the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the size of the lot, the square footage of the house, any special amenities, and any recent upgrades or renovations. 4. The street address: Provide the street address of the property so buyers can easily find it and locate it on a map. 5. Floor plans: If you have floor plans available, include them in your ad. You’re in control!

You’ll be able to disable and reactivate your ad at any time via your Private Ad dashboard.

You can edit your ad anytime via your dashboard. Just keep in mind that when you edit your ad, it will be re-submitted for moderation before going live.
Once your ad has been submitted to moderation, if there are no edits required, it should be live within 1 business day.
Absolutely! The system automatically generate an invoice. You’ll receive your tax invoice via email and it will be shown in your dashboard.
Enquiries about your property will be delivered to you via email, and WhatsApp.
Our private listing products are based on a six month period. Our fee structure is modelled around this period and we therefore don’t offer any refunds, regardless of the time a property is listed for.

All of the fields that have small asterisks next to them are mandatory. You’ll need to complete all of the mandatory fields before you’ll be able to save your property ad.
Once you have logged into your Dashboard you’ll be able to load your fabulous photos in the Images tab. To load an image, simply click the plus sign, and then browse your computer for the images. Once you’ve selected the images, please click save to upload the

Unfortunately anything that has not been saved will be lost if your connection drops. If you are aware that you are working on an unstable internet connection, we would recommend that you complete all the mandatory fields and then click Save before making any other changes.
You will be redirected to a screen noting that your payment was successful. We will also send you a payment confirmation email once we have received your PoP.
