First, create your ad. Then we’ll send you the details to make payment via credit card. Next, your ad will go to our moderation team for approval. Then it will go live on the website! Easy as that.

    1. Notify the platform: Once you have made the payment, notify the platform of the payment by sending them proof of payment, such as the payment confirmation or the payment reference number.
     
    1. Wait for confirmation: The platform should confirm your payment within a reasonable time frame. Once the payment is confirmed, your advert should be published on the platform for the specified duration.

    All of our ads are subject to Realestate-Namibia’s Quality Score. This means that the better and more detailed your ad is, the higher it will rank on the listing pages.

    You’ll be able to disable and reactivate your ad at any time via your Private Ad dashboard.

    You can edit your ad anytime via your dashboard.

    Just keep in mind that when you edit your ad, it will be re-submitted for moderation before going live.

    Once your ad has been submitted to moderation, if there are no edits required, it should be live within 1 business day.
    Absolutely! The system automatically generate an invoice. You’ll receive your tax invoice via email and it will be shown in your dashboard.
    Enquiries about your property will be delivered to you via email, and WhatsApp.
    Our private listing products are based on a six month period. Our fee structure is modelled around this period and we therefore don’t offer any refunds, regardless of the time a property is listed for.
    We do our best to ensure our site is compatible with the most popular browsers. However we recommend that you keep your preferred browser updated for the best performance.

Click on the “Log In” button located in the top right-hand corner of the homepage. 3. Enter your login credentials (username and password) to access your account dashboard. 4. Look for the option to create a new property ad and click on it. 5. Enter the necessary details about your property, including the street address, a description, and a list of features. 6. Upload high-quality images and floor plans, if available. 7. Review the details you have provided and make any necessary changes. 8. Once you are satisfied with your ad, click on the “publish” button to make it live on the platform. 9.     Once you have logged into your Dashboard you’ll be able to load your fabulous photos in the Images tab. To load an image, simply click the plus sign, and then browse your computer for the images. Once you’ve selected the images, please click save to upload them.

    Recommended size: 1024px (width) x 768px (height).

    Unfortunately anything that has not been saved will be lost if your connection drops. If you are aware that you are working on an unstable internet connection, we would recommend that you complete all the mandatory fields and then click Save before making any other changes.

    You will be redirected to a screen noting that your payment was successful. We will also send you a payment confirmation email once we have received your PoP.
