How long will my property be advertised for?
Once your ad has been approved, you’ll be able to advertise it for up to 6 months. Unless it’s sold of course
What’s the process if I choose the self-service package?
First, create your ad. Then we’ll send you the details to make payment via credit card. Next, your ad will go to our moderation team for approval. Then it will go live on the website! Easy as that.
How do I pay?
- Choose the advert package: Select the package that suits your needs and budget. The package details should include the duration, price, and features of the advert.
- Generate an invoice: Once you have selected your package, the platform will typically generate an invoice for you to pay. The invoice should include the payment details such as the amount due, bank account information, and reference number.
- Initiate the EFT payment: Log in to your bank account or visit your bank branch and initiate the EFT payment using the details provided in the invoice.
- Notify the platform: Once you have made the payment, notify the platform of the payment by sending them proof of payment, such as the payment confirmation or the payment reference number.
- Wait for confirmation: The platform should confirm your payment within a reasonable time frame. Once the payment is confirmed, your advert should be published on the platform for the specified duration.
How do I get my ad to the top of the page?
All of our ads are subject to Realestate-Namibia’s Quality Score. This means that the better and more detailed your ad is, the higher it will rank on the listing pages.

Once your ad has been submitted to moderation, if there are no edits required, it should be live within 1 business day.
Will I get an invoice?
Absolutely! The system automatically generate an invoice. You’ll receive your tax invoice via email and it will be shown in your dashboard.
How will I get my enquiries?
Enquiries about your property will be delivered to you via email, and WhatsApp.
Can I get a refund if my property gets sold quickly?
Our private listing products are based on a six month period. Our fee structure is modelled around this period and we therefore don’t offer any refunds, regardless of the time a property is listed for.
Is the Realestate-Namibia’s website compatible with all Internet browsers?
We do our best to ensure our site is compatible with the most popular browsers. However we recommend that you keep your preferred browser updated for the best performance.
What is the ad management tool and how do I access it?
1. Open your web browser and go to the website realestate-namibia.com.
2. Click on the “Log In” button located in the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
3. Enter your login credentials (username and password) to access your account dashboard.
4. Look for the option to create a new property ad and click on it.
5. Enter the necessary details about your property, including the street address, a description, and a list of features.
6. Upload high-quality images and floor plans, if available.
7. Review the details you have provided and make any necessary changes.
8. Once you are satisfied with your ad, click on the “publish” button to make it live on the platform.
9. You can use the dashboard to manage your ad, including updating the description, adding new images, and changing the price or availability status.
